Transactions

Since 1991, Spectracom Holdings, LLC has been involved in over 5,000 transactions to businesses with annual revenues of $500,00 $250,000,000 over a wide spectrum of industries and business types.

 

Some examples of these transactions include the following:

1. Plastic Injection Molding Manufacturer Acquisition.  Annual revenue of $4.5 million.  Cash buy-out to Seller of $1.12 million.

2. Pharmaceutical Company Divesture.  Assisted with the divesture of a $250 million pharmaceutical division of a publicly traded company.

3. Specialty Cabinet Manufacturer Turnaround and Acquisition.  Annual revenue of $2 million.  Bought all assets, then turned the company around.

4. Meat Processing Plant Acquisition.  Purchase price of $2.9 million., including real property.

5. Alternative Energy Production Company Investment.  Invested $3 million in an alternative energy to company to produce methane gas for injection into the pipeline.

6. Water Bottling and Distribution Virtual Merger.  Arranged virtual merger of two water bottling companies.  One company had annual revenue of $3.7 million, the other had annual revenue of $5.1 million.  The companies merged to take advantage of distribution and other cost savings.  The result was an increase of a valuation multiple from 2.5 times EBDIT to 5 times EBDIT.

7. Copper Processing Company.  Annual Revenue of $8 million.  Acquisition and management buyout.

8. Fuel Distribution Company.  Annual revenue of $5.1 million.  This company was financially distressed.  Bought assets prior to bankruptcy for $250,000 to acquire all assets.
